Easy Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a refund. However, if your order has already been sent to production, there may be a restocking fee. To start a return, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a return shipping label.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. However, if your order has already been sent to production, there may be a restocking fee. To cancel an order, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line "Cancellation Request" and include your order number.
Exceptions
Face masks, neck gaiters, pre-sale items, and digital products are not eligible for return or cancellation.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we'll be happy to send you a replacement. To start a claim, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line "Damaged/Defective Item Claim" and include your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
